Proposed Rabies Law Revision

The Senate Agriculture Committee has before it S90, introduced by Senator Greenleaf, which would revise the rabies law to permit exemptions if a veterinarian finds the vaccination contraindicated for the health of the dog because of infirmity, physical condition or regimen of therapy.
